As a Sales Operations Manager, you will provide global Sales with operational and administrative support. This role sits within the Revenue Operations team, which interacts with the entire organization and is responsible for enhancing the overall operational efficiency and excellence of all PandaDoc functions. You are someone ready to step up and own your focus area with the ability to align stakeholders and execute programs with autonomy at a high level of excellence.

In this role, you will:

  • Solve operational challenges with business process, policy, and playbook development based on industry best practices
  • Work with a strong data quality-driven mindset to improve both the flow of good data as well as the data itself
  • Support and optimize all aspects of the sales cycle through PandaDoc systems
  • Support our growing team of Sales People in US/EMEA/APAC with best-in-class tooling, insights, and program management
  • Become an invaluable resource for Sales leadership, performing duties such as assisting with documentation, helping with QBRs, and project administration
  • Support Revenue Operations initiatives with thorough documentation and maintenance of our wiki
  • Scope, prioritize, and coordinate system enhancements with the technical team as it relate to the optimization of existing processes, user efficiencies, data quality, and reporting
  • Ensure sales team alignment to sales processes, policies, and procedures
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Product, Business Operations, Marketing, and other PandaDoc functional areas to support the sales team's success

About you:

  • Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and initiate new programs while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in fast-paced environments
  • A passion for software and learning new tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly through self-paced methods
  • Metrics-driven mindset with excellent reporting skills to complete quantitative analysis and joining of data from disparate systems (Excel/Gsheets) and the ability to translate results into actionable messages
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build consensus, manage up, and work through varied viewpoints across stakeholders
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in operational or administrative support in a environment
  • Strong understanding of GTM tools and best practices across various GTM roles such as BDR, full cycle Account Executive and Account Management roles
  • Business ownership of a system/tool and demonstrated value
  • Ability to accurately enter and manipulate data, as well as discover data inaccuracies, within Salesforce
  • Strong proficiency in business applications (such as Google or Microsoft)

  • Existing familiarity with some of our tools: SalesLoft, ChiliPiper, ZoomInfo, JIRA, Zapier
  • Formal project management experience
  • Prior startup experience
  • Experience working remotely

The annual OTE for this role is $130K to $170K (Base + Variable),
