[The Bindery Machine Operator Is responsible for setting up and operating various bindery equipment at our TBG On-line Division facility. This role is responsible for running small format bindery machinery for customer goods that require bindery work before they are packed and shipped to the client. This role is expected to complete the bindery work on the job ticket, by following and adhering to the specific clients requirements.

  • Run bindery equipment in a small format capacity.
  • Complete and quality check each job according to ticket specifications, producing quality work.
  • Learn existing equipment and train and learn on new equipment as it arrives.
  • Troubleshoot production problems to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Put away stock on shelves, break down boxes and clean up after shift keeping work space safe in accordance with OSHA standards and TBGs policies.
  • Perform miscellaneous projects and complete various tasks as requested by management.
