With our portfolio of 17 constantly animated brands, including highly aspirational and multi-expert ones such as Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent, Giorgio Armani, and Kiehl's, we are at the forefront of the beauty industry.

As a member of our Retail Design team, you will play a crucial role in creating, adapting, designing, and implementing the best pop-up stores, store events, and off-counter experiences in Americas' airports. Working closely with our marketing and digital teams, you will have the opportunity to express your creativity and bring our brands to life in a customer-centric way.

Responsibilities:

MASTER RETAIL DESIGN FUNDAMENTALS:

  • Express and decode brand's image/value & sense of purpose
  • Understands & Integrates Market 'specificities (TRAVEL retail)


• Understands customer path & shopper experience's rules


• Leads design prospective & innovation

DESIGN CUSTOMER CENTRIC RETAIL CONCEPT


• Uplift brand's visual identity to build customer centric retail concepts


• Create and design visual concept to animate in a consistent customer path, include the O+O


• Define & ensure high quality standards

DELIVER OPERATIONAL IMPLEMENTATION WITH EXCELLENCE


• Adapt the retail concept according to the client and package criteria


• Ensures technical and legal compliance regarding the production – Sustainability


• Cooperates with 360° internal & external stakeholders to guarantee consistent retail experience


• Pilot & Monitor RD's efficiency in line with timelines and budget

ACT AS A BUSINESS DRIVER


• Guaranty the ROI of POS in line with business objectives


• Negotiate with retailers about staging and implementations


• Monitors POS performance and drives it according to local strategy

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for a creative and organized individual who can effectively manage multiple prestigious brands, animations, and clients. Your project management skills, ability to multitask, and interact with various stakeholders, both internal and external, will be essential to successfully complete all project steps and ensure perfect execution, on time and on budget.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a design-related field (Visual Merchandising design, interior design, event design).
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong project management skills, including budget management and working with external suppliers (vendors).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Creative mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks based on strategy.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software (Adobe, Sketchup, etc.).
