Job Overview:

  • Assist refugees and immigrants in achieving self-sufficiency through employment.
  • Provide job search coaching and connect clients with opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with employers and agencies for job placements.
  • Monitor client job performance and document interactions accurately.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and service providers.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in workforce development.
  • Experience with refugee and immigrant populations desired.
  • Skills in relationship-building, multi-cultural communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of languages like Swahili and French is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle required.

Working Environment:

  • Combination of office, remote work, and field time.
  • Possible weekend and evening work.
