Responsibilities:
Greet patients and families upon arrival Check-in/ check-out, collect copays, verify demographics and insurance Answer phones and schedule appointments Medical records requests Make sure the waiting room is presentable Perform additional duties, as required Qualifications include:1-3 years of Healthcare, Call-Center experience, preferably in Pediatrics 1-year medical terminology, preferred 1-year customer service experience or customer-facing roles, preferred Welcoming personality Bilingual, a plus Excellent computer skills and familiarity with other office equipment Basic typing and keyboard skills Must be able to act calmly and effectively in a busy or stressful situation Ability to take initiative and work well in a fast-paced team environment KHR
