About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Appointment Scheduler to join our team at Scan. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless patient experiences and efficient scheduling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule patients for diagnostic imaging services using our scheduling software and tools
  • Respond to emails and other administrative tasks in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and other stakeholders to resolve scheduling issues
  • Collaborate with our customer operations team to ensure excellent patient satisfaction
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills to communicate effectively with patients
  • Relevant experience in a high-volume scheduling or customer service role, preferably in healthcare
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clinicians and team members
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills to identify and address scheduling issues
  • Comfortable using scheduling software and other relevant tools, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

Benefits:
