Overview
The Installer position is a contributing member of a solar installation construction crew. The Installer is responsible to work as a team with the Foreman and Lead Installer to complete residential solar installation projects.

Responsibilities

Review inventory to ensure assigned crew truck is stocked adequately Layout and assemble solar modules, mechanical and structural mounts, and tools in preparation of installationApply weather sealing to roofing structure, building or support mechanismsAssemble the racking, solar modules, panels or support structures as specified in the project planEnsure a clean and orderly job sitePerform project clean up including client site and installation vehicleEnsure personal, crew and job site safety at all timesParticipate in mandatory training sessions on new products, installation methodology and safetyAdditional duties as assigned100% travel required

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Entry-level position Previous solar, construction or military experience preferred but not required. Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:$18.51 to $24.69
