We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our product and operations team, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users and brands. About the team This product manager will be responsible for products and features for the Partner Product team, working with cross-functional partners across the e-commerce organization (business, policy, product, marketing, etc.) developing end-to-end product strategy and design, and executing on the product roadmap to deliver new innovations for both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze market insights and trends to achieve full understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem and players.
  • Collaborate with cross function teams to define business strategy and product roadmap, foster a thriving partner ecosystem providing diverse service capabilities to merchants.
  • Complete ownership of product feature development, from initial requirement management to post-live analysis, drive the best product efficiency and experience.
  • Create and design APIs for independent software vendors (ISVs), for seamless integration into TikTok Shop services.

Qualifications



Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum 5 years' product management experience.
  • In-depth understanding of eCommerce business and

Open API systems.

  • Deep understanding of integrations, APIs, and app platforms.
  • Solid product management skillset, strong in cross-team communication and collaboration, and ability to quickly capture business pain points and opportunity.
  • Technical proficiency with API design and development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Machine learning and software engineering experience is a plus.
  • E-commerce or marketplace product background is a plus.

Job Information



The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ $296020 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​

In addition to Flexible Spending Account(FSA) Options like Health Care, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care. ​

Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability. ​
