Responsibilities
- Lead the team in planning, scoping objectives, laying out execution plan and delivering results swiftly without compromising quality.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership to the software engineering teams on architecture, design, development and live-site.
- Partner with Product Management and stakeholders to meet immediate and longer-term objectives.
- Build highly productive engineering team by hiring and retaining top talent.
- Coach team members, creating opportunities tailored to their career aspirations.
What we are looking for
- Have overall 10+ years of experience in SaaS business applications experience
- Have 3+ years of experience managing globally dispersed teams.
- Have robust hands-on experience in engineering domains such as front-end, back-end, or mobile technologies,etc
- Nice to have Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or equivalent
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$140,400.00
Maximum:
$324,500.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
