Position Brand Description:

Join our team as a Technical Leader in drug product manufacturing processes within the Dry Product Network.

Key Objectives/Deliverables:
  • Lead commercialization of new dry oral solid drug products
  • Anticipate and address manufacturing challenges for new products
  • Integrate disciplines for technical projects and process improvements
  • Provide technical support for manufacturing transfers and external sites
  • Design and execute experiments to enhance product/process robustness
  • Collaborate on project plans and new technology deployment
  • Author technical reports and regulatory submissions
  • Stay updated on pharmaceutical manufacturing trends
  • Mentor and develop technical resources
  • Achieve results that drive business improvement
Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field
  • 7-10+ years of experience in dry products development and manufacturing
Additional Preferences:
  • Demonstrated technical leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience integrating multiple technology disciplines
  • Flexibility to collaborate across functions and regions
