SoHo Bistro & Lounge in Manchester, NH is currently seeking a part-time Bottle Server to join our food service teamExperience serving alcohol Sales experience Familiarity with state liquor laws As a Bottle Server, you need to know how to identify signs of intoxication and have the ability to follow responsible alcohol service practices.A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BOTTLE SERVER In this part-time customer service position, your day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking orders, and serving drinks.When customers want to smoke hookah, you set it up and break it down.This part-time position works from 9 PM - 1 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.Our managing partner, Barry Longshaw has been in the restaurant and nightclub business for over 30 years and is skilled at creating an excellent upscale dining experience.At night, we invite local DJs to come and play music.We cultivate an open and fun work environment so that our employees can feel supported and enjoy their work.
