  • Experience serving alcohol Sales experience Familiarity with state liquor laws As a Bottle Server, you need to know how to identify signs of intoxication and have the ability to follow responsible alcohol service practices.
  • A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BOTTLE SERVER In this part-time customer service position, your day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking orders, and serving drinks.
  • When customers want to smoke hookah, you set it up and break it down.
  • This part-time position works from 9 PM - 1 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.
  • Our managing partner, Barry Longshaw has been in the restaurant and nightclub business for over 30 years and is skilled at creating an excellent upscale dining experience.
  • At night, we invite local DJs to come and play music.
  • We cultivate an open and fun work environment so that our employees can feel supported and enjoy their work.
