About the job

As a Professional Services - Technical Account Manager at mParticle, you will work directly with our clients, often in collaboration with the Customer Success team, in owning technical projects, technical account health and relationships with our clients. You will play a critical role in ensuring our clients are successful in adopting, leveraging and growing with the mParticle platform, and maximizing value from our services and solutions.

Your work will be meaningful and have a strong impact on mParticle and our clients' success. You will have a high degree of freedom in your work, with support from the entire mParticle team. You will interact with some of the best minds in the data technology and marketing space and have the opportunity to partner with cutting edge platforms across the machine learning, analytics, attribution, marketing automation, and social media domains.

About the Candidate

The Successful candidate will:

  • Serve as the customers' trusted technical advisors by providing technical expertise on the mParticle platform and sharing technical best practices to help customers achieve their business goals
  • Serve as the customers' Professional Services main point of contact
  • Own customers' evolving technical roadmap for the mParticle platform to ensure account's technical health and success
  • Evangelize, educate and support customers on data driven use cases and their execution.
  • Collaborate across mParticle product, engineering, sales, and client services functions in orchestrating solutions to customers' use cases
  • Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews with key clients
  • Author content for the mParticle Customer Knowledge Base and Blog including feature guides and best practices.
  • Travel approximately 25%.

The ideal candidate will/have/be:

  • 4-year undergraduate degree.
  • 3-5 years of client-facing experience as a Technical Account Manager or in technical solutions implementation or technology consulting roles.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs
  • Experience collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Mobile marketing and technology experience is a plus particularly deploying and supporting mobile SDKs and performing and supporting customer data integrations.
  • General knowledge of various digital marketing tools: analytics, attribution, ad serving, DMPs, push, and social media.
  • General knowledge of data-driven marketing practices: audiences, analytics, retargeting, exclusions etc
  • Nice to have experience in machine learning, cloud architecture/services, serverless functions, streaming data, SQL/Analytics
  • Spanish speaking is a plus

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130-170k based on location and level of experience + equity + benefits.
