Position Overview:

The Wrap-Up Administration Program Manager is a critical role in the Northeast Series Construction Practice. The role is focused on managing a portfolio of high-profile project owners and contractors within the Lockton Northeast Series. The Wrap-Up Administration Program Manager plays a critical role in managing the overall client relationship in conjunction with the SVP-Projects & SDI, Account/Client Executives and Senior Client Managers. This leader will be directly responsible for assessing our clients project scope, designing pro-forma budget reports based on client information, working with the client service team to set up wrap enrollment procedures as well as supervising a team of day-to-day wrap-up service coordinators. The Wrap-Up Administration Program Manager will also be responsible for alignment between the Client's business objectives/strategy and the technical expertise brought by the Lockton Northeast Projects team. This leader also ensures that Lockton Northeast wrap-up resources are deployed efficiently to meet the Client's needs. A high performing and successful Wrap-Up Administration Program Manager will be a strategic leader, give great advice, help grow our business, deliver project administrative excellence, and provide great customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports Producers, SVP Projects & SDI, Account Executive or Senior Client Manager on complex Lockton Northeast clients
  • Maintains strong relationships with key Client contacts. Works with Producers (where applicable) and service team to coordinate senior-level Client communications ensuring client experience and interfaces are class leading. At times, be part of the Client service team at point of sale (including travel as necessary).
  • Conducts training sessions with clients and prospective clients on wrap-up program insurance manuals, project administration and client software outputs.
  • Owns the service delivery on wrap-up administration for designated clients and their projects including but not limited to program kick-off meetings with carriers and vendors, ensure wrap-up program insurance manuals are agreed, and ensure teams and software are in place to ingest enrolled contractor information.
  • Responds to Client's inquiries, maintains documentation of communications, existing issues, and issue resolutions
  • Provides Client service aligned with Lockton Northeast processes and protocols and our overall Client Engagement strategy
  • Uses understanding of Client's business and financial profile to help Clients and the Lockton team build long-term project profitability, including developing project feasibility studies based on different contractor credit scenarios
  • Gathers and compiles information for new business opportunities (including RFP's) and contributes to materials for Client presentations and meetings
  • Mentor and manage the day-to-day duties and responsibilities of wrap-up service coordinators, including onboarding, training, staffing workloads, team procedures and general oversight
  • Coordinate all Series requests for enhancements to Lockton's Wrap-Up software program
  • Calculates wrap-administration fees, ensures client acceptance, and resolves accounting issues
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in risk management and insurance is preferred, or a business-related program and/or experience is required.
  • 5 plus years of construction wrap-up insurance experience required
  • Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time to meet deadlines
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, inclusive of knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Willingness and ability to work outside of normal business hours and travel as needed
  • Legally able to work in the United States and ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of client and company information
