  • Manage and coordinate project development and execution efficiently
  • Develop and implement project strategies like contracting plan and material management plan

  • Ensure project compliance with various regulatory requirements and standards
  • Oversee departmental record-keeping and databases

Key Activities:

  • Lead project development and execution, including AFEs development and project economics evaluation
  • Manage management of change (MOC) process and root cause analyses
  • Collaborate with multiple departments across the site for smooth project management
  • Prepare design documents, bid requests, and specifications
  • Interact with different engineers and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Support project systems and ISO efforts
  • Perform any other assigned duties

Requirements:

  • B.S. Degree in Mining Engineering or related field with 5+ years of underground mining experience
  • 4+ years of Project Management experience preferred
  • Engineer in training certificate or professional engineering license is a plus
