This role involves working closely with other engineers, operators, and management to improve process efficiency, ensure safety, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement process improvements for mineral and chemical processing operations.

Conduct process simulations and modeling to evaluate the performance and optimization of processing systems.

Analyze process data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and troubleshoot issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and processes into existing operations.

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.

Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), process flow diagrams, and technical reports.

Lead or participate in process hazard analyses (PHA) and risk assessments.

Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance personnel.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Working Conditions:
The position may require occasional travel to remote or hazardous locations.

Involves working in industrial settings with potential exposure to operational noise, chemicals, and varying temperatures.
