KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Regional Operations Lead to join our KPMG Delivery Network organization.

Responsibilities:

Lead execution of service delivery priorities for in scope solutions (Powered Enterprise currently, Connected Enterprise and others in future) across all member firms within the regionProvide oversight for all KDN Advisory and Powered Enterprise Sales and Delivery activities within regionRepresent and lead KDN Advisory interactions across all Member Firms within the regionDrive regional growth and expansion of in-scope solutions and member firm adoption of KDN Advisory including executing regional and in-country marketing strategiesMaintain alignment with key regional stakeholder groups including MC/Consulting, Advisory, and other Practice leaders related to Global Delivery Center investment programsParticipate in Deal Review board validation and approval process as it relates to new business opportunities and pursuits within the region

Qualifications:


Minimum ten years of recent experience in Sales and Service Delivery LeadershipBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in a related field such as computer sciences, computer engineering, information technology, business or relevant work experienceStrong background in a Sales and Delivery leadership role in a professional services environmentPrevious experience in professional services firms or related field; experience in leading and delivering large technology and functional transformations for clientsFamiliarity with Powered Enterprise and other enterprise transformation solutionsExperience in leading senior technical and functional team members as well as experience working with and managing global teamsKPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
