As an **MRI Technologist** at our organization, you play a crucial role in ensuring patient safety and conducting top-notch MR studies both on-site and remotely. You will collaborate closely with radiologists, team members, and patients, providing exceptional service in a mobile environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and guiding new technologists and assistants.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Upholding patient safety standards by screening for contra-indications and maintaining aseptic practices.
  • Producing high-quality diagnostic images using various MR systems.
  • Effectively communicating with stakeholders and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Training and orienting new team members.
  • Performing other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • ARRT (R) or ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification.
  • State license and CPR Certification.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Previous MRI clinical experience or enrollment in an accredited training program.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of computer applications.
  • Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
  • Ability to work across multiple locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • ARRT Registry in Magnetic Resonance and at least 1 year of MRI experience.

Physical Requirements:

During patient transportation or exposure to magnetic fields, employees may face various physical demands and potential hazards. These include repetitive movements, communication with patients, as well as the handling of non-ambulatory patients.
