The Enterprise Full Stack Developer/Architect will be a core member of the Global Capital Markets Technology team that is responsible for the development and support of Global Capital Markets technology applications.

The candidate will have an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and improvement, within a talented team.

This role will lead and delivery/development of one or more initiatives. The person will be the primary architect/developer and hands on technology leader.

The role is expected to have strong analytical skills along with deep technical expertise and, have ability to dive into technical details including design and development and troubleshooting of complex issues.

Key responsibilities

  • Developer responsible for design, develop, test, support and deploy custom web applications
  • Refine business requirements with business analysts/product owners to support the technical design process and develop software applications
  • Research and evaluate software related technologies and products
  • Design and develop testing and maintenance procedures and activities
  • Develop and write high quality code that meets business requirements
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
  • Create software documentation and update existing documentation
  • Participate in implementing technical infrastructure
  • Work with vendors on 3rd party solutions
  • Implement best practices, standards and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies
  • Ensure compliance with documented software processes throughout the life cycle of existing and new software products
  • Work on all layers of Rich Client Web applications
  • Keep up-to-date on current and upcoming features in relevant products and platforms
  • Work within Agile framework to capture and deliver work
Basic qualifications

  • 5 years of hands-on experience developing applications using Angular, majority in 8+ and React/ReactJS
  • Experience with consuming SOAP/XML and REST based services in mulesoft environment
  • HTML5/DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
  • Experience configuring and embedding tableau dashboards to web interfaces
  • Should have a very good understanding of how web based applications work, end to end
  • Familiarity with SQL and Oracle DB
  • OOP/OOAD/Solid Design Principles
  • Experience with setting up CI/CD, Developer tools: Git, BitBucket, Jenkins, Jira, Maven, Gradle, Ant.
  • Web caching technologies, server caching technologies.
  • 1-2 years Python scripting experience
  • Agile Methodologies
  • SOAP UI/Postman/ARC
  • Expert is Agile Methodologies and Tablaeu skills
Nice to have experience

  • Experience with Nextjs, Vue, Svelte
  • Web and Application Servers - Apache Tomcat/JBOSS/Web Logic/WebSphere/Glassfish
  • Java/J2EE, Web Technologies like JPA/Hibernate, Servlets, Spring Framework (Boot, MVC, Security and Batch)
  • Basic Database operations on RDBMS like Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL
  • Web API, Web Services(WCF SOAP REST), MVC, XML/JSON
