**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Capital Markets or Wealth Management to join our team as an Application Architect.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for software development projects.
  • Provide insights and analysis on Capital Markets or Wealth Management processes to inform software design and development.
  • Write and execute SQL queries to retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data to support business decisions.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and system designs for software development projects.
  • Liaise between business users and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of software solutions.
  • Conduct gap analysis to determine the best solutions for system improvements and enhancements.
  • Ensure timely project execution by coordinating with stakeholders and tracking progress.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation support for software development projects.

**Key Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably within Capital Markets or Wealth Management.
  • Strong understanding of Capital Markets or Wealth Management operations.
  • Proficient in writing and running SQL queries for data analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with clients and internal teams to define, document, and execute on business requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience in financial services or investment management domains.
  • Familiarity with business analysis frameworks such as Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience working with reporting tools and databases.
