The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering with a proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion. This individual will lead a team of engineers and technicians, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of civil engineering projects, including site development, land development, and municipal infrastructure projects. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints.Lead and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff. Delegate tasks effectively, provide guidance and support, and foster a collaborative work environment.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Communicate project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations to ensure client satisfaction.Oversee the design and analysis of civil engineering projects. Review plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements.Manage the permitting process and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Coordinate with regulatory agencies and obtain necessary approvals for project development.Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that projects meet industry standards and client specifications. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
