Key Responsibilities

This role is integral to our Civil Engineering team, focusing on design engineering while collaborating with a skilled group of engineers and CAD Technicians on diverse site and land development initiatives. Project components encompass layout design, grading, stormwater management systems, water distribution networks, sanitary collection systems, stormwater detention, treatment solutions, and public roadway design.

Depending on experience, additional responsibilities may include overseeing project management and engaging in business development activities, particularly in targeted areas and client interactions. Exceptional client service and technical expertise are essential, along with a proactive approach to fulfilling client and end-user requirements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Missouri or Kansas, or eligibility to obtain registration within 12 months of employment
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong technical design proficiency
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities
  • Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. design codes and standards
  • Preferred experience in local projects
