Dukes clinical practice is looking for an experienced Family Medicine/Sports Medicine Physician to join their community-based clinics at Carolina Family Practice and Sports Medicine, a 14-provider medical practice with three Triangle locations. The core service of CFPSM is to offer high-quality primary care to individuals in Wake County.

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, with one administrative day
  • Clinic call schedule is 1:13, including telephone and video visits. On-call physicians also conduct video visits on Saturdays.
  • Utilize Epic as the EMR system
  • On-site x-ray and labs available at each clinic
  • Work alongside a dedicated team of RNs, LPNs, MAs, and Athletic Trainers
  • Initial workload split: 60% family medicine, 40% sports medicine
  • CFPSM hosts the Carolina Sports Concussion Clinic, handling an average of 1100 concussion cases annually
  • Engagement opportunities with local high school athletics and other sports medicine groups for event coverage
  • Established partnerships with organizations like Carolina Hurricanes, USA Baseball, NCFC, Carolina Courage, and regional high schools
