  • Assign physical health ratings for patient management.
  • Assess chronic health conditions in accordance with facility guidelines.
  • Respond to urgent medical calls from the facility.
  • Review and co-sign documentation from mid-level providers as needed.
  • Offer guidance to mid-level providers through consultations or direct patient evaluations.
