The Activate professional services team is responsible for the execution of premium value services for the benefit of Talkwalker's customers in order to drive adoption, retention, and ultimately customer satisfaction. Our portfolio of services includes training and onboarding, platform configuration and intelligence services, as well as social insights consulting. Members of the Activate team engage in exciting projects as the company's trusted advisors in the Social Intelligence, Consumer Intelligence and Market Intelligence spaces, helping our customers drive value from their investment in our technology.

Through our AI-powered analytics platform, we gather data from the conversations that happen around brands - online, in the media, and within companies themselves - to uncover, understand, and actionable consumer insights. We are extremely international, with our headquarter in Luxembourg and footprints (and offices) across the US (New York City), Germany, France (Paris), Singapore, India (Mumbai), Japan (Tokyo), Italy (Milan) and the UK (London).

We are seeking candidates located in the USA who will work remotely to support our North American clients.

In this role, you'll work closely with our Team Lead to onboard clients onto our platforms through a mix of implementation and training work. We're seeking a highly motivated candidate with a strong technical background, top-notch communication skills, and a thirst for knowledge.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the product subject-matter-expert, responsible for technical implementation services and use-case solutions.
  • Manage basic implementation work with guidance.
  • Lead and support internal and client-facing meetings to discuss the client's information brief and needs.
  • Configure platform environments according to requirements.
  • Support clients with ad hoc requests after implementation is completed.
  • Train new and existing client groups on the platform, covering navigation, best practices, and use cases.
  • Lead webinars and answer client chat questions during webinars.
  • Work with internal teams to manage relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.

Must-have requirements:

  • Willingness to learn while having some entry-level experience writing simple boolean-level code.
  • Knowledge and experience with basic Excel functions.
  • Past experience with large data and analytics models.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Teamwork skills are crucial.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the Professional Services/Activate team.

Nice-to-have requirements:

  • Knowledge of consumer intelligence and the social media monitoring industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
  • A technical academic background with hands-on experience in different coding languages and/or Excel.
  • Fluent verbal and written Spanish and/or Portuguese communication skills.

What you can expect from our interview process:

  • 1st interview with our Team Lead - 60 minutes
  • 2nd step is a take home assignment - 60 minutes
  • 3rd step is the presentation of the assignment to our Team Lead and VP of Professional Services - 60 minutes
