About the Position:
You will serve as a Supervisory Training Instructor in the Directorate of Resource Management. Responsibilities Supervise subordinates that are responsible for training services to support the mission. Assign work to subordinates with instructions on desired objectives. Develop long-range plans and specific projects to accomplish technical training and development. Advise all levels of management on technical training through individual contacts. Coordinate with higher echelons to utilize resources to meet identified technical training needs. Develop new work methods and procedures to ensure proper implementation. Provide guidance to supervisors in planning job-related technical development activities. Interprets policies, regulations, and procedures regarding technical training. Serve as an advisor to the Training Committee. Inform all levels of management on available programs related to the Learning Resource Center. Advise all levels of management on technical training and employee development matters.
