Our customer is looking for a UKG Dimensions Healthcare Analytics & Reporting Specialist to join their Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) team.

This person will be working on one of the biggest initiatives in the org and preparing for a go-live EOY 2024, which is aimed at driving efficiency and eliminating disparate technology systems.

This person will be responsible for leveraging UKG healthcare analytics tools to provide data-driven insights and reporting solutions to business and technology teams Their analytics platform needs a lot of help in preparation for the go-live, so this is an exciting time to join the org and work in a fast paced environment on one of their biggest initiatives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in healthcare analytics and reporting with UKG/ Kronos.
  • 2+ years' experience with UKG Dimensions, using Data Views and HyperFinds for BI reporting and data exploration.
  • Experience using UKG analytics tools like UKG Pro BI, UKG Pro Workforce Analytics, etc.
  • Strong foundational understanding of ETL and data modeling concepts to manage and manipulate data.
  • Experience conducting your own data validation and testing (they do not have a separate testing team).
Nice to have:

  • BIRT – opensource Business Intelligence Reporting Tool
  • Data Hub – central repository and integration tool in UKG Dimensions.
Responsibilities
:

  • Take the lead on analyzing data and creating reports to reflect workforce management productivity, headcount, labor cost management, employee performance, planning and forecasting, etc. in UKG Dimensions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements on their reporting and analytics needs within UKG Dimensions.
  • Develop and implement data extracts, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present insights to end-users.
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy through data validation and testing.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements in UKG's Analytics platform and explore opportunities for continuous improvement optimize their operations and improve productivity reporting.
  • Providing support to employees regarding analytics policies and procedures.
