Incumbent serves as Supervisory Assistant (Logistics) with responsibility for integrating the supply, maintenance and transportation functions of a unified logistics program.
Responsible for monitoring and evaluating property management and accountability controls to insure compliance with guidelines. Prepare procedures for annual inventories.Plan, assign, and direct work to be accomplished through subordinates, establishes work priorities, and reviews work of assigned personnel in progress and upon completion.
Arrange pickup/delivery of equipment and supplies, as well as storage, inventory, preservation, issue and disposal of equipment.Make adjustments to accommodate changes in workload due to seasonal changes, holidays or other factors.
