Overview

The Suite Server will provide excellent hospitality for guests in a dynamic, high traffic setting in a prime location of the ballpark.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $12.00 plus gratuities.

For part-time positions:

Benefits include a 401(k) savings plan and matching contributions.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains familiarity with the menu and any featured items.
  • Delivers prompt, attentive, welcoming, and professional service to guests while effectively communicating with all patrons.
  • Ensures that food items are served promptly and at the correct temperature as requested by customers.
  • Presents all ordered items neatly without any spills.
  • Remains available to work during busy peak hours.
  • Replenishes beverage stations (ice, juices, glassware, sugar packets, etc) as needed.
  • Responds promptly to customer needs and requests.
  • Maintains a professional and tidy appearance.
  • Collaborates with colleagues, bartenders, supervisors, and kitchen staff to enhance communication and coordination for an exceptional dining experience for guests.
  • Develops expertise in bar offerings to provide accurate responses to patron inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting is preferred.
  • High School Diploma, G.E.D., or relevant Food Service Job Experience is required.
  • Must obtain and renew a Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification, and other mandatory compliance training.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven setting.
  • Excellent communication skills with employees, peers, management, and guests in a professional, clear, and respectful manner to cultivate a positive, enthusiastic, and collaborative work environment.
