The Role

Moderna is seeking a Global Marketing Lead for RSV Vaccines who embodies a strategic and innovative mindset, driving the global launch strategy for our RSV vaccine aimed at older adults, and spearheading go-to-market strategies for future indications. This role demands a collaborative leadership style, partnering with cross-functional teams across Medical Affairs, Global Market Access, Corporate Communications, R&D, Finance, and others to influence and execute a cohesive and impactful global strategy. Your leadership will ensure the successful adoption of Modernas significant vaccine by those in need, marking a crucial step in our mission to protect global health.

Heres What Youll Do Lead and innovate in the development of promotional strategies, aligning with the global brand vision while tailoring to regional nuances. Foster strong partnerships with regional marketing leaders, ensuring the seamless translation of global strategies into actionable local plans. Spearhead the creation of impactful content and campaigns for Healthcare Providers and Key Opinion Leaders, leveraging digital platforms for broader engagement. Drive collaboration with Digital Innovation teams to enhance marketing execution and customer engagement through cutting-edge technology. Ensure alignment with legal, medical, and regulatory standards, upholding the highest quality in promotional content. Adhere to corporate policies and healthcare regulations, exemplifying integrity and ethical standards in all actions. Heres What Youll Need (Minimum Qualifications) Bachelors Degree in a relevant field Minimum 10 years in marketing within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry Demonstrated global marketing experience Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional and senior teams Proven leadership skills with a track record of balancing strategic vision and operational execution.
