Customer Service Representative

Your main responsibilities:

Interacting with customers, operating the register, providing product recommendations, and occasionally assisting with our food service. Expect a dynamic work environment where you'll be involved both inside and outside the store, ensuring high standards of appearance and delivering efficient and friendly service.

Consistent and punctual attendance on-site is crucial.

You'll engage daily with numerous customers, collaborating with an energetic team to fulfill daily objectives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Prior retail and customer service background
  • Experience as a sales associate or cashier
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Drive to progress in your career
  • Enthusiasm for learning and enjoying your job

Physical Demands:

  • Standing and/or walking for up to 8 hours
  • Lifting and/or carrying up to 30 pounds overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift
  • Occasionally lifting and/or carrying up to 60 pounds to waist level
  • Pushing/pulling items with up to 20 pounds of force
  • Bending and twisting at the waist for up to one hour per shift
  • Handling, reaching, and manipulating objects with hands. This may involve climbing ladders for tasks like storing/retrieving materials or putting up/removing signs
