The team:
- Weights Management Physician
- Dietician to develop a personalized meal plan based on your metabolic rate and/or diseases (such as diabetes).
- Behavioral Health
- Bariatric Surgery at Northwest Community Healthcare located in Arlington Heights, IL
- Wellness Center to personalize physical activity programs Practice is located in Arlington Heights, IL. This position is employed with NCH Medical Group which is 200 plus physicians strong which make up a great referral base to your practice. Currently we have one physician (internal medicine, certified in weight management) in the practice that is at capacity and looking for a partner. Outstanding salary guarantee with long term compensation plan based on production – WRVU production model. Full suite of benefits such as health/dental/vision insurance, short/long term disability, paid vacation, CME allowance and employer paid malpractice coverage.
