Job Summary:

onsemi is looking for an IT Programmer to implement a series of micro-services to the CRM system for supporting corporate Sales and Marketing strategy. The position will provide the opportunities of IT skills practicing as well as the business operation knowledge learning. Developer needs to be comfortable working independently as well as working with others. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and carries excellent written and oral communication skills. To be effective in this position, the candidate must have a solid understanding of the concepts and practices of the software development life cycle, including requirements, design and code reviews, QA, unit testing, staging/UAT, deployment and delivery, as well as source control systems, defect tracking and maintenance.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance global application systems focusing on Sales and Marketing business applications.
  • Partner with global customers to develop new strategic solutions and enhancements.
  • Collaborate proactively in global support team to provide high quality services and seamless support to the business and comply with standard and guideline (e.g., SOX, SLA)
  • Communicate work progress in timely and accurate manner.
  • Candidate will be using Java, Spring Boot, PL/SQL, Unix shell scripting, JavaScript, jQuery, Python to develop solution. The experience with Cloud services and some popular CRM system like Sales Force, Model N, etc. will be advantage added.
  • On the job training will be provided.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • BA+ 2+ years or MS+ 1+ years degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems/Business information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Possess strong analytical, problem solving and coding skills.
  • Possess a sense of urgency and commitment in meeting deadlines and SLA's.
  • Strong team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible and willing to work with diverse programming languages/platforms.
  • Good analytical and programming skills (any language) is required.
  • 2+ years: Java, Spring Boot, PL/SQL, JavaScript, Linux, Python
  • Add advantage: experience with Cloud service, and the experience with the popular CRM system like Sales Force, Model N, etc.
