Hello We are currently looking for an Customer Service Representative for our client in Saint John, NB. We are looking for a bright and computer savvy individual who will be able to quickly learn their systems and procedures. This is a long term role

Hours: 8AM to 5PM Monday to Friday (Every third week will be 9AM to 6PM)
Salary: $20-23/hour
Start Date: As Soon As Possible

Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate in this position is responsible for but not limited to:


• Daily Communication with customers, booking shipments, and providing service information.


• Provide accurate price information and quotes on various services.


• Providing resolutions to any customer issues.


• Maintaining proactive and detailed communication with other departments and co-workers to stay on top of their customer's needs.

Requirements:

• Experience in International Import and Export including trade and transportation.


• This role is managed entirely within a computerized environment, especially MS office products. Must be comfortable with this


• Must be bilingual (conversational).


• Must have a great attitude when dealing with all of our customers.


• Must be comfortable working both on your own and in a team environment.


• Post Secondary Education is a plus.
