As a Production Operator, you will work as part of a team to produce quality electronic equipment within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Type:
Contract to hire (Shift: Monday–Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm PST)
Location:
Onsite (Tigard, OR.)

As a Production Operator you will:
Fabricate or assemble electronic equipment according to written work instructions
Delivers materials to point of consumption in response to Kanban signals
Flexes to multiple work areas daily based on established patterns
Accurately performs inventory transactions
Actively participates in daily in Tier 1 daily management system (DMS) meetings
Contributes to continuous improvement projects
Keeps work area well organized and clean
Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor
Our Skills and Experience Wish List includes:
0 – 1 years of related work experience
Training in and experience with Lean manufacturing principles is preferred, but not required
Familiarity with computers and Windows-based applications
Ability to adjust work pace in response to daily production data
Possesses excellent verbal and written skills in English
Must be able to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and diffuse challenging situations using acceptable and appropriate methods
Able to multi-task and be flexible in a dynamic work environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
May be required to alternate schedules to meet production goals
Attendance is a critical function of this position
