Summary

Sophos is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Sr. Financial Analyst with Anaplan experience to join our FP&A team. You will play a critical role on our Anaplan Center of Excellence team, building out financial planning processes and supporting our FP&A team. You will partner with stakeholders across several teams to develop planning functionality, identify opportunities for process improvement, support end users and help the organization's efficiency.

What You Will Do

  • Design, build, and maintain complex Anaplan models to support business planning and forecasting processes
  • Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights and support business strategies
  • Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements and translate them into effective Anaplan solutions
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for models, processes, and procedures
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the Anaplan platform and related workflows

What You Will Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in financial modeling, business analysis, or a related role
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Anaplan, including model building and management
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Experience in building out and analyzing large data sets; strong relevant analytical tools skills including Access, SQL, Excel, Data Warehouse, Data Modeling, PowerBI
  • Anaplan certification(s) such as Anaplan Certified Model Builder or Anaplan Solution Architect is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to synthesize detailed information into succinct and actionable recommendations in PowerPoint presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across business units to achieve results and create organizational alignment
  • Self-motivated, deliverable-focused, strong work ethic, enthusiastic and ambitious attitude, able to prioritize and resolve an array of issues simultaneously

In the United States, the base salary for this role ranges from $81,000 to $135,000. In addition to base salary, we offer additional compensation including bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package. A candidate's specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
