You'll be responsible for:

Assisting in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives and client requirements.
Supporting the project manager in coordinating day-to-day project activities, including task allocation, resource management, and progress tracking.
Helping to prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk registers, and change requests.
Facilitating communication between project team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring clear and timely information flow.
Assisting in the monitoring of project performance against key metrics, identifying variances and supporting the development of corrective actions.
Contributing to the identification and management of project risks and opportunities, supporting the implementation of mitigation strategies.

You'll need to have:

Minimum of OSHA 30 training required.
Experience with FTA projects in the Northeastern corridor within the United States.
Proven experience in reporting, data analysis, and presentation development.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Suite, MS Project, Primavera P6 scheduling software).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience in managing relationships with key stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in a related field. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Experience in the construction industry.
Experience working with NJT, MNRR, LIRR, NYCT, PANYNJ, MTA
Experience within heavy civils programs/projects, including tunnelling.
