Are you looking for a 100% in office position? Do you enjoy roles where your tasks vary each day? Randstad is working with an organization in search of an admin assistant supporting the executive team. This is a temp to hire position In this role candidates who have experience with Oracle Netsuite are preferred. Ideal candidates will have previous experience (1-2 years) as an administrative assistant.

salary: $17 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities
  • Writing and editing e-mails and preparing communications, supported the executive team
  • Record keeping
  • Answering phones, managing the CEO's calendar, and scheduling/making appointments
  • Assisting with other projects as needed
  • Mainting inventory, tracking orders, and some basic accounting duties
  • Other admin tasks as assigned
