As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will...

Spearhead the recruitment life cycle, seamlessly navigating from sourcing top talent to their successful onboarding, showcasing agility, and efficiency for our Salesforce practice.. Utilizing diverse strategies like employment branding and networking, you'll attract top talent while embodying our values of ability, agility, and humility. Leading recruitment efforts across all levels, you'll adeptly manage communications, fostering inclusivity and respect from both candidates and hiring managers.

Be Accountable and Responsible

  • Lead recruitment efforts across Engineering, spanning from junior to senior roles, while expertly managing internal communications and expectations to your hiring managers and candidates alike.
  • Be a Champion of Innovation and Culture within our Talent Acquisition team
  • Pioneer new ideas and initiatives, to foster an environment that supports innovation, and infuse energy into our team & culture through your infectious approach to people.

These are the qualifications we're looking for

  • 5-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience at an enterprise-level organization, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to recruiting Salesforce talent
  • Demonstrate expertise in developing creative sourcing techniques, tapping into employee networks, and employing best practices to fill challenging positions
  • Possess advanced knowledge of recruiting best practices, legal compliance, and HR disciplines, with a keen ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and project management skills, facilitating collaboration and building strong internal and external relationships
  • Showcase proficiency in applicant tracking systems and onboarding solutions, with a knack for fine-tuning them to meet evolving business needs
