Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Manage the software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation, testing, and deployment, while effectively allocating resources and prioritizing tasks.

  • Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, identifying top talent and fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
    • High-level experience in software engineering, with a focus on front-end development using React and TypeScript.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and mentoring software engineering teams in an agile environment.
    • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Experience with modern software development tools and workflows, such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile project management platforms.
