Job Summary: To carry out Preventative Maintenance Program and maintain equipment to its best working order as guided by Director of Engineering on property at a luxury beachfront resort. Knowledgeable in procedures and safety requirements.

Physical Abilities: Must be able to drive a motor vehicle. Must be able to lift, carry and move 50 pounds. Must be willing to work outside in all weather conditions for long periods of time. Must be willing to work in difficult positions including climbing stairs and ladders as needed.
