The CNA and/ or Medical Assistant is a member of the patient care team. These duties include patient preparation, moving patients, assist with bay/bed turnover, restocking units, recording vitals and medical history and a variety clinical tasks in a preoperative and recovery setting.

Experience, Training & Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with documented certification as a nursing assistant
- At least two (2) years of previous experience in a hospital based or ambulatory surgical center.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; certification must be through an AHA accredited course.
