Summary

About the Position: This position is located in Chattahoochee, Florida in Gadsden County. The incumbent will work under general supervision receiving assignment in terms of objective, priorities, and deadlines; working independently in resolving most conflicts through use of guidelines, such as regulations, precedent cases and policy statements which require considerable interpretation and adaptation.



Duties
  • Serves as timekeeper for the office.
  • Compose official correspondence such as memorandums and business letters from draft, dictation equipment or verbal instruction.
  • Prepare reports using word processing software such as, spreadsheets, databases, or presentation software to provide managerial support.
  • Serves as supply management officer, monitors personal accountable property inventories and asset management activities.
  • Serve as travel clerk for the office.
  • Utilizes automation equipment and a wide range of software programs to provide support in timekeeping, purchasing/procurement, supply management, travel, personnel management and inventory control.
  • Maintains the branch credit card insuring its proper use with Fiscal Law guidelines and prompt timely payment of bills.
  • Reconcile purchase records with credit card invoices in accordance with policy and procedures.
  • Monitor records and documents of procurement actions to ensure compliance with procurement policy.
