As one of two Global CPQ Product Owners, you will become part of an agile team that innovates, prototypes, and eventually commercializes digital products across the entire Nilfisk value chain. By doing so you directly impact business outcomes and accelerate the digital transformation of Nilfisk. You will be defining our CPQ platform and supporting the global user journeys for our customers and Nilfisk sales team.

Implementation Responsibilities:

  • Capture and define new global business processes and/or system requirements derived from critical review of key performance indicators, process reviews, utilization metrics, collaborative internal and external end-user sessions and other methods.
  • Collaborate with global business partners and manage different stakeholder expectations, needs and priorities.
  • Develop, prioritize, refine, and split user stories, epics and themes and keep backlog updated and in line with digital strategy and vision.
  • Mitigate roadblocks to achieving goals for sprints or releases.
  • Make product decisions that ensures solution is scalable and meets business requirements.
  • Ensure CPQ alignment with integrated systems such as ERP, CRM, PALMA, PIM and eCom.
  • Develop and track CPQ business impact (ROI).
  • Develop global training content and support the launch of CPQ and roll-out of new functionality in various markets.

Maintenance Responsibilities:

  • Create long-term roadmap/development plan for CPQ.
  • Create business cases and open new projects as needed to improve and maintain functionality.
  • Act as product ambassador for software adoption.
  • Oversee license management and allocation.
  • Work closely with IDE team on contract terms and renewal.
  • Function as lead or backup Tacton Customer Advisor.

To be successful in this position, we expect you to have:

  • A relevant education in business, process management, IT or similar
  • Extensive experience working in product ownership role with CPQ and CRM systems (Tacton and preferred)
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP, Struct PIM, PALMA product management and eCom systems is an advantage
  • Experience in defining business requirements and converting/developing them into Jira user stories and CPQ solution
  • Proven success with driving business results through process and system improvement
  • Experience in CPQ-related administration tasks (data and user management, training, and support)
  • Experience in Business Development, Sales Excellence or Commercial Excellence in multinational manufacturing company
  • Strong critical thinking skills; the ability and desire to dig deep into full process understanding and the subsequent consideration of the implication of alternative solutions
  • Effective presentation, negotiation, interpersonal communication, decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with change management in an international context
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)

You will report to the Business Development Director, Americas, and you will work closely together with your CPQ Product Co-Owner (based in EMEA), Tacton implementation team, Global Product Management, Sales, Service, Customer Care, Marketing, and IT.
