About the Opportunity:

  • Job Title: Production Specialist
  • Pay: $23.50/Hour
  • Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
  • Schedule: 1st Shift, M-Th, 5am/5:30am - 3pm & Friday, 5am/5:30 - 9am, O/T required from time to time

Daily functions:
Work within all safety guidelines
Work well with and communicate effectively with team members.
Cross train on various machines to fill in as needed.
Setup and run the following critical equipment: EMK, Finn, and Salvagnini Turret Presses
Safan Brake Press
Schroeder Folder
Rousselle Punch Press

Other equipment is needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Desired qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Minimum two years CNC experience
Ability to learn quickly.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Ability to properly use basic measuring tools.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
MIG Welding experience

Physical requirements:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly during the shift.
Regularly bends, twists, stoops, pushes, pulls, and reaches with hands and arms. Must be able to stand or sit as needed for the entire shift.
Very keen vision and hearing are required.
Ability to read a tape measure.
Must have good physical strength and stamina, good hand-eye coordination and good dexterity in hand manipulation and muscle coordination.
