Job Title: Senior Process Engineer

Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with production personnel to optimize machine settings and enhance overall efficiency. Acting as a liaison between production and maintenance teams, you will standardize procedures and create troubleshooting guides for operators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiency Enhancement: Collaborate with production staff to standardize machine settings for improved performance.
  • Vendor Interaction: Engage with OEMs to understand machine functionality and maintenance requirements.
  • Process Standardization: Define and document changeover procedures, ensuring clarity across departments.
  • Documentation: Create troubleshooting guides based on past failures to assist production operators.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee co-op programs and participate in plant capital planning.
  • Metrics Tracking: Develop and monitor performance metrics for operations and maintenance.
  • Other duties as assigned
Experience Required: 3-5 years

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in engineering and maintenance, preferably in consumer products and food packaging.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Software Proficiency:

Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of database structures and experience with CMMS systems is a plus.

Management Requirements:
