Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Personalized Beauty Consultations: Connect with clients to understand their beauty objectives and suggest products that enhance their look and boost their confidence.
  • Demonstrate Product Application: Demonstrate your mastery in makeup techniques and skincare regimens with finesse.
  • Stay Current with Beauty Trends: Stay ahead of the curve on the newest beauty trends and product launches at Sephora.
  • Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Foster a warm and inclusive atmosphere for all clients, ensuring an unforgettable shopping experience.
  • Participate in Sales and Promotional Events: Engage in lively sales events and promotions to drive excitement.
  • BOPIS and Client Service: Offer top-notch client service during order pickups, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Maintain Store Environment: Collaborate in keeping the store tidy, well-stocked, and running smoothly.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Prior equivalent work experience, particularly in a retail setting
  • Passion for delivering outstanding client service and a love for the beauty industry
  • Excellent communication abilities and adept at multitasking
  • Resilient with the capacity to adapt swiftly to changing situations
  • Flexible availability during peak retail hours
  • Punctual and dependable attendance record
  • Able to lift and transport up to 50 pounds

$ $20.50/hr. The actual hourly rate offered may vary based on qualifications, experience, and other relevant business factors specific to the role or location.
