JOB DESCRIPTION
Join our team as the Senior Buyer for Sunnyside's Retail Merchandising. Your role will involve curating the best assortment of non-cannabis products, collaborating with various teams, and leveraging data to make informed decisions. Help us maintain our commitment to quality and consistency in the cannabis industry.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and manage assortment and pricing strategies
- Optimize inventory turnover and minimize excess stock
- Curate assortments tailored to store locations
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Drive promotional planning strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams for purchasing activities
- 5+ years of retail buying experience
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Knowledge of procurement and inventory management
- Understanding of cannabis products is a plus
- Compliance with industry regulations
