Job Description

Identifies, attracts, and hires talent for the company.Work closely with department heads and supervisors to understand job requirements, forecast staffing needs, and develop effective recruitment strategies.Leads onboarding / orientation for new hires.Handles backup weekly payroll processing.Process 401K changes in the system.
