We are a leading Third-Party Logistics (3PL) company based in Long Island, NY. Specializing in comprehensive storage and distribution solutions, we ensure seamless logistics operations and superior customer service. We are currently seeking a meticulous and proactive Order processing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, the Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for meticulously reviewing and updating all paperwork associated with orders processed by our warehouse. This includes revising quantities, pricing, and other relevant information accurately. Moreover, the Order processing Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining effective communication with clients to provide timely updates on order status, changes in shipping, and other essential information.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

 Prepare Labels, Commercial Invoices, Bill of Ladings, and other records as needed.
 Determine shipping priorities, work assignments and shipping methods required to meet
shipping schedules
 Notify customers of routing information and schedule shipping appointments based on
customer requested dates
 Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor to meet deadlines
 Clear understanding how to read vendor manuals and routing guides
 Proficient with MS Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
 3 years of customer service experience
